Networking, A Way Of Life!!

Hello to all that views this Blog Post, I hope you all are having a awesome day today. 
I have been in this networking game for quite some time, and I have learned a ton of things along the way. One of those things has been the power of Networking, I have learned that networking is a Art and just like any type of art it has to be worked on on a regular bases to make it great. When it comes to networking, it's really just building relationships between to parties or a group of people, and their are so many benefits that comes along the way. Some of these benefits are learning, and growing, and becoming better at what it is that a person is doing. Normally when we hear networking we associate it with business, many of us that are in business use networking to grow our networks and to increase sales and or generate leads. It's a fact that people join people not businesses. To be honest, a person can have the best company and the best Comp. Plan but if that person is not a good leader or has different motives then what he/she should have in building a successful business the business won't go very far, either the people that they bring into their businesses will drop out after a while or they won't get much business at all. 

When people meet those that are in business and that business opportunity looks appealing to them, they may join, but when it's mixed with a person/leader that has all the qualities of great leadership and who is willing to spend time to help that person become successful in whatever venture it is, that person will not only join but the best will come out of that person because of the leader that is pushing them to become great. What does this has to do with networking you may ask? Well, with building that personal relationship between the Prospect and the Leader, the person who is looking at the opportunity will not only learn more about the opportunity that he/she is looking to get into but will also learn more about the leader as well. This is why phone conversations are so important! When speaking on the phone with people that we are working to get into our businesses, you will get to learn a bit more about them that you won't be able to get from a email or chatting with them on a social site. You will find out about about there personality and really what great qualities that will make them stand out and become successful with your opportunity and your team.

With the successful act of networking and building relationships with people, you will find out that these same people that you have built the relationship with will not only join your business but they will follow you in whatever venture you decide you get into in the future. This is very important as well because as you start a new venture you won't be starting from square one, but you will have a group of people that will come with you, and this will increase the chances of everyone becoming successful much faster.

I am going to end this blog post here, although there's so much more to go into detail with regarding this topic, I will allow you guys to take in what has been said so far and will continue at a later date.
